From an island on the west coast of Canada, Sunwoo decided to switch up to coast and attend a school on the island of Manhattan. Sunwoo is currently a junior studying Politics, Media Culture and Communications, and History. Sunwoo first became involved in Model UN last year as a Communications Staffer and was very quickly motivated to contribute to the conference as a Chair this year. She believes that Model UN not only teaches international affairs, innovates students to problem solve and become leaders, but it also brings students together to form friendships in an inclusive community.
Adriel is a Junior in the College of Arts and Sciences dabbling in the well-intentioned pursuits of Psychology and Philosophy. He can often be found accidentally getting existential right in the middle of innocent conversations, which is why he takes 5 hours to finish 1 cup of bubble tea. On campus, Adriel is a Liberal Studies leader, a member of Psi Chi, and of the Multi-faith Advisory Council, among others. He agrees with Sunwoo on her beliefs and looks forward to this year's MUN conference.
