The Italian committee, in cooperation with the Italian Mafia, has kidnapped two Hungarian delegates and are holding them hostage in their room. They have been interrogating the hostages and want them to agree to demands regarding dealing with the refugee crisis. The Hungarian committee seems to be planning a rescue.
